No Kings: Trump Must Go | Human Rights Campaign President Kelley Robinson joins Maya May

"In moments of crisis, transformation is possible."

On Saturday, March 28, millions are expected to pour into the streets for the third installment of No Kings protests. It’s our chance to send the message to the GOP-controlled Congress that we will not stand by and watch as they let Donald Trump continue to destroy our country.

The protests are being organized by a coalition of progressive groups, including Indivisible, the ACLU and the Human Rights Campaign. You can watch our interview from Tuesday on No Kings with Indivisible Co-Founder Ezra Levin below.

Today, Human Rights Campaign President Kelley Robinson sat down with Maya May to talk about what one of the largest LGBTQ+ rights groups is doing to fight back against Trump’s attacks.

Robinson, who will be headlining the L.A. demonstration on March 28, talks about her influences for being a part of this effort, pointing to the Civil Rights and ACT UP movements of the past. And her hopes for No Kings? “I hope that what comes out of No Kings this time is the momentum that we need to keep ourselves hopeful and inspired as we go towards November. Because look, impossible things are happening every day.”
