You'll Never Erase the "T" From LGBTQ+ | Maya May Hosts a Special Panel on Trump's Attacks

"LGBTQ+ organizations have been warning people that it was never just about sports, it was never just about the kids, because now we see them going after trans rights for adults."

Since returning to office, Donald Trump has been attacking anyone and everyone he sees as a threat. One of his targets is transgender people, including openly mocking them at public events and directing several departments of his Cabinet, from Defense to Education to Health and Human Services, to attempt to strip them of basic rights.

And it doesn’t stop there. We’ve seen states emboldened by Trump’s anti-trans agenda pass a slew of laws, like sports and bathroom bans and preventing them from getting a drivers license with their correct gender.

During this week of Trans Visibility, Maya May hosts a special panel confronting the administrations attacks on transgender people, including children, and talks about the growth and hardships many families have had to endure in the face of these vile attacks.
