Most of the coverage of Trump’s adventure in Venezuela and the potential military action against Greenland focus on the stupidity of the mission or the geopolitical ramifications of attacking another nation without any defensive justification.
But something few people are discussing is the link between global domination and white Christian nationalism. It might sound like a conspiracy theory, but we are living through it, and the Christian nationalists running our government aren’t trying to hide it, either.
It all comes back to dominion. I’m not talking about the voting machines, but the Biblical concept that God gave the Earth to man to do with whatever he wanted. The Christian nationalists believe that Earth is here for us. That also means Greenland is here for us. And Venezuela. And any other country that has something we need. God said it. It belongs to us.
I know that on the surface it’s an absurd claim. If God gave all of this to people, well, people are already living in Venezuela and Greenland.
