BREAKING: Dustin Nelson from Bring Me News On the Ground in Minneapolis

What it's really like when ICE occupies your city.

Dustin Nelson from Bring Me the News in Minneapolis reports live for us from Lyn-Lake, where ICE has been active over the last week.

In some ways, the ICE presence feels like an occupation. You hear whistles everywhere you go. You can’t leave the house without seeing agents zoom past. And some people aren’t leaving their homes at all for fear of arrest.

Tell Congress to impeach Kristi Noem

Meanwhile, ICE has been going door-to-door. Some reporting suggests they’re targeting people of color specifically. If they come to the door and a white person answers, they move along.

What is it like to be a parent in Minneapolis right now? How has the community come together to protect each other?

Watch this report to see what ICE is doing to communities — and how people are coming together to fight their brutality.
