It’s up to we voting Americans to reinforce with our non-voting neighbors that voting DOES matter. The administration desperately wants us to believe otherwise, because they understand that suppressing the vote of, or discouraging several important demographic groups from voting is their best chance to stay in power and to keep carrying out their policies defined by the Republican Words” highlighted in this piece.

If our friends/neighbors are not registered to vote, help them understand the mechanics of registration. If they don’t know where their polling place is, point it out. Make sure they know when Election Day is—offer them a ride if you they need one and if you can provide such. If we all do the good work of Democracy we can, and will, reclaim our country. If we choose to stay on the sidelines or give in to the chaos, we will suffer the consequences.

Great words that all together speak to the world the Republicans and this regime have plunged us into. Easy to remember--let's keep saying them. Well said Edwin. Thanks.

Republicans certainly have their own list. Tit for tat now, as usual. Dems need also to remind voters that Republicans have never had success governing, leading the US into the future, and establishing independence from wannabe dictatorish leaders.

Yet the majority of Americans are still apathetic enough that they won't vote again this year. They'll shrug their shoulders and say 'our vote won't mean anything' or 'they've already stolen it', or worse 'the Republicans have done nothing wrong.'

'America First' became 'America Indifferent' and 'America Isolated'.

Trump talks of peace, yet spends hundreds of billions of dollars and existing assets to attack small weak countries who he just doesn't like (bigotry, not fear of nukes), let alone small boats. And what do the responsible parties in the House and Senate do? A fine imitation of the three monkeys, and then try to divert attention to meaningless drivel.

The state GOPs are pandering to the worst elements because that is who is the most active, and are backed by the worst President ever. My state has a person running for AG who talks defending the rule of law while he praises Trump. My God, the irony is strong in that one.

Words the GOP embrace include 'Christianity'; yet the items they embrace are all off the radar and Jesus would turn and say unto them 'WTF!" because it surely isn't his teachings.

Thank you for the article, Mr. Eisendrath, I agree with Rick Wilson‘a Podcast. He is a weak individual who lets himself be used by , Putin and China. It my hope we can beat him during the elections this November. If you like good podcasts and great content please subscribe to Lincoln Square.
