If all these polls showing how radioactive Trump and his policies are were 'fake', we wouldn't be seeing Trump trying to re-litigate his 2020 election loss and threatening to put ICE agents outside polling places. Republicans are scared, and they should be. They're like mice stuck to a giant, orange glue trap. The ones here in NC are frantically trying to purge voter rolls ahead of November.
For his part, Trump's failing physical and cognitive health is now out in the open. He's a dementing old man who knows he's about to lose power and become irrelevant after the midterms. My opinion, ICE is raiding as they are because Donald & Miller want violence so the Insurrection Act can be implemented and the 2026 election can be stopped, overturned or whatever. It is NOT about immigration! GOP has brainwashed republicans (and possibly others, certainly Dem leadership where they are afraid of the GOP on the issue) with their constant immigrant narrative for DECADES. Rick you know this, you were part of that machine; how can you help Dem's, or we activists, on this issue? I am already screaming at Dem leadership and they somewhat ignore us. The insurrection act doesn't stop elections and it is still subject to judicial review and Congress still has a role to play. There's no provision for an election to be stopped. Trump would have waved his Wand of Election Cancelling is he had one already after this past November, but he doesn't.
