"The successful progressive challenges we are seeing across America are not anomalies or fluke elections. They are the organic, inevitable vanguard of a base that has moved far to the left of its own leadership."
Or, the establishment Democrats have moved far right of the base much the same way "the church" left the Christian and not the other way around.
Interesting poll, but I need to point out that IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THE DEMOCRATIC ELECTORATE WRIT LARGE. It says what people my age who subscribe to Lincoln Square think. If you pre-select people based on some common affiliation you DO NOT get a representative sample. The primary elections, which use the real sample of primary voters, have not shown a clean sweep of progressives, Dem Socialists, etc. but a mixed bag. Deep blue areas are much more likely to support progressives than swing areas. Which is only logical. I love the folks you put in the picture, but like your poll sample, I'm not a typical voter. You need to do a real opinion poll out in the real world in a swing state to get real data. Just sayin'
This “survey” is an lol fail at statistics and sampling. A statistics 101 class would have told you how bad this is. Please read Nate Silver’s piece on this stuff where it points out that the exact people who responded to this survey only account for 21% of the electorate. They also happen to be over educated, more liberal and under paid. So yea, not the base, not the country and not a winning majority. But keep drinking your own kool aid.
I think that's what I was pointing out. By "your" Kool Aid I assume you mean Lincoln Square's Kool Aid. Believing one's own propaganda is a dangerous road.
Please send this to Ken Martin.

I have been preaching these results for over 10 years now to no avail. I feel vindicated! Thank you!

Nil heard. Something's wrong with this picture...
Seems a follow-up Q/A is needed to pinpoint why there was no response to this fact-finding attempt.
At bottom, I think it's all about the money. "Them that has, gits".
The people have been swindled since Nixon et al.
