What is the retention period for ballots? Why were tabulated ballots from the 2020 election still being retained? What is the statute of limitations? Isn't it 5 years? Then shouldn't those ballots have been destroyed? How many other jurisdictions have ballots from 2020 still laying around?
Isn't it possible to get a judge to enter a permanent injunction to prevent tRUMP from interfering in the upcoming elections. Clearly he has shown the intent by his statements and actions particularly in Georgia. Do we have to wait until it is too late to stop him from this grave irreparable harm to kill our Democracy? Not that he or the DOJ would pay any attention to a valid court order.
