In its mind MAGA lives in another country, a country that doesn’t include: people of color, people who are sexually divergent, women who believe they are the equal of any man, people who believe in the truth and wonder of science and education, the freedom of expression and the right to be different, and people who come from many different origins.

Thank You ...I am doing what I can . I will never give up on my country. Are any of the leaders of our fight thinking about organizing a work stoppage ? I am retired but all of retirees can stay home and not spend a dime. I know many people will have to work but like the protests we go to maybe people will call in sick .. Remember the blue flu and work slow downs. They do this in Europe why can't we do it here. It might wake up some people.

The tramp is simply a catalyst for coalescing the hate, anger, cross-purposes, self-gratification and confusion that has been simmering beneath the façade of debt-structured consumerism for decades, made possible by the advent of instant mass communication. We have largely an evermore demanding culture that the advertising media makes sure is never satisfied and always mired in discontent. The tramp, like the Grand Exploiter that he is, has tapped into that to enrich himself and manufacture a considerable power base consisting of those who want to get in on the grift along with him, are afraid of being left out of it, are afraid of opposing him, or just too stupid and lazy to question his greed and power-mongering.

If you are an adult, tell me when a child asked you what you did during any historical crisis you were part of?

When I was a child, I asked my WW2 father what he did in WW2. He replied, "I was stationed in Alaska and we played softball at midnight in the summer." That was his answer.

We had a neighbor when I was about 12 and learned he's been a POW in the Korean War. I asked him what that was like. A quick look of agony (that scared me) passed over his face and he said softly, "I'd rather not talk about it." He was always very kind to us kids.

My own Vietnam vet late husband would talk about his two tours in 'nam only when he was drunk and then deny everything the next day. The things he told me while drunk... "

I have another story about a POW but that will remain unspoken. He is dead now.

No one has asked me what I did during my 77 years above ground. They truly don't care to know.

I think it's time to put this meme to rest. Because when I asked, it made me sad for the person I asked that they would rather not talk about it.

Interference of 2026 Midterms: Cheeto’s Use of the DOJ to Subvert the Election

MSM(mainstream media) has got to get more involved at reporting what Cheeto’s DOJ is doing and will continue to do to subvert the upcoming 2026 elections There have been a number of actions taken by the Nazi regime and specifically the DOJ since taking office but the efforts have continued to ramp up with the most recent demands by DOJ for all states to hand over registered voting rolls for their “inspection”

This should be taken in context what happened in 2024 There is reputable evidence albeit circumstantial that the current Nazi regime subverted the election and given their success they are out for more This time using the power of the DOJ and federal resources to “legitimately” go after states’ rights to interfere with the election Not only that but create a Palantir/Peter Thiel data base of registered voters in order to disenfranchise legitimate voters ala vigilante challenges, this time on a greater scale (bit.ly/43K4Gl2)

Like the 2024 election there was a multipronged approach to interference and subversion…not just one thing done but a multiplicity of events that led to the Democratic loss Already we are seeing red state gerrymandering, above DOJ demands, and who knows what’s next Can get a better idea of the breadth with Democracy Docket(https://bit.ly/45c27aM)

Well, I don't know Trygve Olson from jack, but he sure has talent. He's a 'fighter for democracy'. Yeah? Picking up a weapon and striking a blow against the regime, are you? No, I guess not. You're a 'strategist'. You write stuff. You sling words around and spend time spinning metaphors to exhort the citizens into frantic action.

Action like what, genius? I vote. I march. I volunteer. And it's not enough. It's never enough. This is a bad thing, I can see it getting worse even as Trump continues to deteriorate, and I can't do enough to stop it. So then you trot out my children and what imagined conversation I may have with them about the sufficiency of my response to this shit. But it's not going to be enough to either drive Trumpism into oblivion or even to satisfy you.

So fuck yourself. You're a self-important asshole, you have nothing to add.

I thought Snidely Whiplash was a fictional cartoon character. I never, ever thought he would be coming to life as donald trump. No, he doesn’t deserve capital letters.

Your words motivate and keep me focused. So true that Trump is dangerous for what he reveals about us. That is sobering when you reflect on it. Not where I want to be. Thank you Trygve for saying like it is. Take care.

Totally agree with you on all of this! NO "HE" isn't part of the solution but "HE" truly is a big part of the problem and we are the only one's that can fix this. AND it's got to happen sooner NOT later!

Something is broken and needs fixing, but Donald Trump is the last person on Earth capable of fixing it. What's broken is American Capitalism, and it's destroying the American Dream. What passes for capitalism in America at the corporate level is a fraud.

Capitalism, as envisioned by Adam Smith, does not work without a free competitive marketplace. It is not the profit motive alone that inspires progress but the competition in the market that inspires innovation and efficiency. Without government regulation, which means the consumer majority in a democracy, a capitalist system degenerates into cartels and monopolies. In a monopoly, or the divided monopoly of a cartel, the capitalist can extort profit without the effort of innovation or efficiency. This degenerative process is known by the sanitized name of corporate consolidation, but the end result is the same.

A system where the worker has not choice but to submit to the demands of the local land baron is called feudalism. The profit of the land baron does not make him a capitalist. He's feudal lord. Substitute a baron of industry, and you have corporate feudalism, but in America, we pass this off as capitalism. It is not real capitalism, so what we need to do is fix capitalism in America. We do that by breaking up the monopoly powers. The path to restoring the American Dream to the working class begins with antitrust and anti-fraud enforcement.

Antitrust should start with the media. Local broadcasting must return to local control. I remember when George Romney admitted being brainwashed on my local station, and that was before Fox News. It's time to restore the fairness doctrine at the FCC so that big money interests cannot monopolize the airwaves. Of course, the first step in any real fix is to win the next election and those after it. The Constitution is a recipe for good government. It's up to the people to follow it, but how many voters could pass the citizenship civics test?

Good question but it needs to happen. NO purging of election rolls without checks and promoting better controls on local and state is necessary!
