Interesting but when you add it up it's too heavy on the r side.... the "don't know" is a big number.... but seeing it has CBS attached to the poll I give it little relevance

This approval rating thing is ridiculous. The only numbers that will make any difference is when republicans see Trump for who and what he is and get rid of the Republican Congress, or at least most of them. And how many republicans are going to vote outside of the traditional Republican Party. I have been a registered democrat since 1971 and have always voted for the person, not the party. This insane loyalty to a party allows people like Ted Cruz to be in office, not to mention Trump and all the low life's he has brought with him. I can't even think about the Supreme Court, which is really a Mediocre Court and an embarrassment to the United States.

I slowly looked at the "numbers". Easy to understand. Made me breath and feel it's all right with the world--at least for today. 😮‍💨💨 Thanks for all you do Andrew.

Either the CBS News poll is fatally flawed, or the American public is still far too bamboozled by Trump to really see what a worthless President he is. Those numbers are much higher than they should be. But the poll, as all polls now are, has a fatal flaw. That is that many people never take it. I don't answer my phone for any unidentified incoming call; and if I did, and found out it was a poll, I'd hang up. "Do you regard the illustrious great leader as being all knowing and perfect?" Be careful how you answer, for the feedback from the poll will go to DHS, to gain favor with the Grand Puba.

Wonderful article!

Every time I see Mike Johnson, and any Republican for that matter, blame the Democrats for the shutdown I think of this....

Senate: 53 Republicans, 47 Democrats

House: 219 Republicans, 213 Democrats

Executive branch: Republican

They don't have enough Republican votes so they are blaming the dems.

From Hamilton the musical, Cabinet Battle 1

" You don't have the votes

You don't have the votes

Ah ha ha ha

You're gonna need congressional approval and you don't have the votes"
