Government Shutdown: Getting Angry And Demanding 3 Things 202.224.3121

Over at American Manifesto Lukium(https://bit.ly/4pfyLBm) has called on WE the People to shutdown the government unless 3 demands are met So call your senator and congressman/woman to make this happen or you will shut them down so that they won’t be able to run for dog catcher Create a habit to call them every day Flood the lines And then say the following

“Do not fund the government unless these three demands are met: release the Epstein files, end the tariff lie, and prohibit the use of force against Americans. I know the regime will never concede, and that is the point—to force them to defend why, until their collapse. If you cave, your career ends. We will fund your primary challengers, we will canvas, we will donate, and we will make sure you are finished.”

If you read "The Scheme" by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, or view his long series of videos on YouTube, you will understand that the Roberts Six are compromised, either brainwashed or bought. They are the actual coup against the Constitution. They make a mockery of their oath to protect and defend it. Trump is their WMD and distraction. The NO KINGS rallies err in not demonstrating at the Supreme Court that actually anointed a king. If you see Trump as the main threat, you've fallen for the misdirection. Don't be fooled when Roberts pushed back; it's only that he feels it's moving too fast for the boiling frogs.

If you're looking for justice, try a dictionary because you won't find it in court. We replace knights jousting with lanced with lawyers jousting with words. The best lawyer, or just the most lawyers and money, virtually always win. Read "Woe Unto You, Lawyers" by Fred Rodell. Written in 1932, it's as relevant to day, so it's still on the shelves.

Well, the Supreme Court obviously isn't, so there's that. It's up to us and blue state AGs.

The Fourth Amendment, one of the original Bill of Rights, and a cornerstone of American liberty for 250 years has just been annulled without so much as an explanation by the rogue Supreme Court. It reads:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Among other things, it protects

• Your body and belongings: From being searched without legal justification.

• Your home and property: From being entered or taken without a warrant.

By legalizing racial and ethnic profiling, the Supreme Court has created two countries: white America where the 4th Amendment is still in effect and an America of color where it is not.

By doing so, they have also effectively nullified the 13th and 14th Amendments granting all citizens equal protection of the law.

If they can, without hesitation or explanation, cancel 3 critical Constitutional Amendments in one ruling, rest assured they will not find it difficult in the least to allow Trump a 3rd term by annulling the 22nd Amendment.

More importantly, they have essentially voided the Constitution as the basic legal foundation of the United States.

Thus, the Supreme Court ruling in Texas v White (1869) essentially outlawing secession by a State must also be considered null and void.

Secession, whether “soft” or “hard” is now a viable option to begin restoring us to a Constitutional Democracy from the fascist state we’ve become.

You missed a couple.

The Dobbs ruling is based on abortion not being enumerated. That voids the 9th Amendment. Also, how do you regulate abortion without violating the First Amendment prohibition on establishing religion when there's no agreement on when human biological material becomes a person, notwithstanding that they established Vatican Law when declaring personhood at conception, a minority position among most religions.

You are very right of course. This rogue SCOTUS has gutted 250 years of constitutional evolution making it a meaningless document for a modern 21st century nation. This runs counter to the founders vision of governing document that would adapt to a changing world. The present situation is one the founders anticipated and tried to prevent but all the safeguards they put in have collapsed. It is time for a new generation to forge a new path. No election will reconcile our differences. That can only be done through secession and realignment into new two new entities: one that adheres to our founding principles and one that does not.
