We are too damn busy to worry about what anyone else wants to do, unless it's illegal like what the Heritage Foundation regime is up to.
OK, that said, what do you expect all of us to do? Storm the WH? Storm MaL? Plant a Beast Bomb? Hells no ! We have one legal remedy left to us and that is our vote. Therefore, ... are you ready? We have to wait until our various voting days to use our one and only weapon.
NO - I am not in the least amused or "used" to having tax-paid militia and masked goons roaming our cities. Don't even go there. You condescend to us if you believe we "don't care." I expect to be challenged when I go to drop my mail-in vote at the secure drop box. I will not use the PO on the corner because who knows who's at the bulk mail facility with instructions to incinerate any mail-in ballots that land there.
So, don't stoop to lecture us on what we do or don't "care" about. It is insulting.
I have a problem with Democrats that label themselves as Socialists. Liberals or Progressives are fine but Socialist has a bad name and the GOP is already using it calling it Communism.
So I asked google why and the short answer was: Socialism often gets a bad name because it is closely tied to 20th-century authoritarian regimes. Critics point to historical failures, like the Soviet Union, where central economic planning led to tragedies and economic ruin. Additionally, a lack of individual incentives in these systems can sometimes stall innovation.
People also confuse socialism with "bad places" like North Korea or Cuba. During the Cold War, a period of heavy tension between the United States and the Soviet Union, the U.S. government spread anti-socialist ideas. This caused Americans to link socialism with a loss of freedom. Many political groups continue to use the word to scare voters away from reform.
Why give the GOP ammunition to scare voters? They have already spread the word that socialism is communism.

The DSA candidates aren't winning primaries in swing districts, so that argument doesn't hold up. Dan Goldman, sadly, was defeated because of his position on Israel, and not by a DSA candidate.

Registered Voters Are Already Being Disenfranchised
Beau Bayh grandson of Birch Bayh of Senatorial fame is running for Indiana’s Secretary of State on the Democratic side of the ticket.
He reports that a registered Indiana voter prepared to vote in the Indiana primary and found that she was not eligible to vote(bit.ly/4p3UOLz). Charrie Stambaugh had been a U.S. citizen for nearly three decades and had cast a ballot in every election since she became eligible to vote. But this spring, after seeing a Facebook post encouraging people to check their voter registration status, she found her registration had been canceled. She was one of 1,625 registered voters targeted by Indiana Nazi Republican laws.
“I was not notified at any point that my registration had been revoked … I would not have known that had I not checked myself,” said Stambaugh, who thought it was unlikely other recent voters would randomly think to check their registrations without an election coming up
So a word to involved citizens. Check your voter registration and vote early so you can cure if there is a problem. Also notify and alert friends, neighbors, family, and relatives about the possible disenfranchisement of their ability to vote.
