I agree, let's not pretend. Let's not pretend it MATTERS whether Dems are falling for Trump's distractions. The only thing that matters is if his base is distracted. Given they have the minds of flatworms, I think the answer will ultimately be yes. The only thing the Dems are concerned about is how very scary and dangerous the base is.

Not only pay more taxes, but incredible increases in health premiums for those with ACA.

What in the world will happen with the soccer championship and Olympics scheduled in the coming months and the requirement to pay to get into the country?

I think moving Maxwell is just as bad as pardoning her

The Commissioner did not put the economic numbers together, she just presented what a larger panel of economists calculated

It was symbolic. Pour encourager les autres. Everyone will get in line now and the White House will assign a commissar to oversee any future releases. This is a huge business opportunity for labor economists to set up a private, and more trustworthy, data bureau. Business will pay bigly for accurate information.

Sugar cuts the acidity of the tomatoes. I use it regularly in spaghetti sauce. Not much, just a teaspoon or two. I have never made my own BBQ sauce, so I cannot speak to that, but I suppose it's for the same reason.

That said, I don't know why anyone would want to live in Abbottstan, either. The GQP/MAGAT cult seems hell-bent on turning it into a third-world country. I haven't the slightest idea what their motivation for that is, and thinking about it gives me migraines. So I don't.
