As difficult as it may be at this time, I want my fellow Chicagoans to remember, particularly those in our magnificent Latino community who are being terrorized by wannabe tough guy and goon Greg Bovino and other modem-day Amalekites in the Trump regime’s CBP and ICE Gestapos, that “This land is your land;” that justice is real and these little Eichmann, brownshirt thugs will be held fully legally accountable for their egregious abuses of power and crimes against humanity, that these lawless and belligerent federal agencies will be lawfully and peacefully abolished and obliterated from “beneath the heavens,” and to “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them.”

Between the attack on the streets and the attack on health care, snap and government employees, doesn't it all seem like a deliberate effort to stir the sort of civil unrest that could be used to justify something far worse?
Seriously, you tell us that what the Trump lawyers said in court is untrue and that they lacked candor towards the tribunal. We have been hearing that with respect to most of what Trump's DOJ has been doing, especially with regard to his unfounded, vindictive prosecutions. much of this was glaringly put on national stage when Pam Bondi went before congress recently.
This is a fight that lawyers should be taking to the jurisdictional bar associations with grievances. Those DOJ lawyers, from Bondi on down, must be brought before bar grievance committees to explain their unethical, professional misconduct. Just put them there and see how they respond. If they pull those same stunts, disbar them. Disbar every lawyer that promotes or defends the Trump autocracy until we figuratively do what the Henchman in Shakespear's Henry VI, Part 2 suggested.
