Finally Fox News Owns Nazism

Greg Guttfield, dirtbag Fox commentator with a Napoleonic complex, got real and stated the obvious….the conservatives need to take a page out of Black history and own their n-word, that is, Nazi (https://bit.ly/4l1r2DT)

“This is why the criticism doesn’t matter to us when you call us Nazis. Nazi this and Nazi that. You know, I’m beginning to think they don’t like us,” he sneered. “You know what? I’ve said this before. We need to learn from the Blacks.”

Gutfeld continued: “The way they were able to remove the power from the n-word by using it. So, from now on, it’s, ‘What up, my Nazi? Hey, what up, my Nazi? Hey, what’s hanging, my Nazi?'” The defense of course was he was joking….but some topics should be verboten Not even in jest

There clear as day Fox’s representative said the quiet part out loud Yes, it is the Gestapo, Brown Shirts, a Hitler dictatorship. The elephant in the living room has been revealed Of course Fox viewers recoiled but call a spade a spade, and Nazi a Nazi It may be uncomfortable for a little while but you’ll get used to it After all, Germany did

As a white man with law enforcement/military ties, he will be fine. Unless of course he needs health care. As women, people of color, anyone who is not white, male, and wealthy--we are already not fine. The psychological trauma intentionally being inflicted on the most vulnerable is real and will be lasting, and as a psychologist, you would think he would know that. Saying otherwise is just professional gaslighting. The people kidnapped will not be "fine" even if they had been trafficked, because being confined to a concentration camp or maybe sent to some country like South Sudan is torture. Please be a little more credulous in your interviews. What a privileged point of view.

Excellent interview! I always appreciate hearing from mental health experts because they have so much depth to add to the conversation about what is happening now. I’ve been a psychotherapist for 35 years. 10 years ago, my clients started talking about politics for the first time. More recently, it’s become uppermost in at least some of their minds as they deal with fear, helplessness and hopelessness. So I do what I was never trained to do: talk about politics from a psychological perspective. These have become rich, sometimes empowering conversations, so I’m grateful to be doing this job. But it can admittedly be mental tiring when my client’s struggles interface with mine.

I appreciate the reference to “Dopamine Nation.” I would highly recommend it to anyone! I’d like to believe that Trump would begin losing power if we could follow the advice in that book.

Sorry, I think he is trying too hard to justify ICE’s actions - sure, they are getting a “few” dangerous folks, but we all can see that the vast majority of folks being picked up are NOT criminals. And it wasn’t an “illegal” grow area - it was a legal marijuana farm. And if the concern was about kids being trafficked , the focus should’ve been on arresting the EMPLOYERS, not rounding up the hundred or so workers
