Thanks again Bobby Jones. When Trump or those pulling his strings tell the military to perform unlawful acts, I wonder what orders will be ignored, if any. Will the military prevent ICE and other forces from enacting similar orders? Will individual soldiers walk off the job? Will the military liberate those in the Stephan Miller concentration camps, soon to be filled with the homeless, gays, and political dissidents? In other words can the military become an independent force from the tyrant without actually performing a coup? I doubt it.

I have spent my considerably long life studying and reading about the period prior to WW1 and post WW11. I married "late," had no children, so perhaps I had the luxury of time to pay more attention to world matters. Understanding that, I accept that most people are busy with their everyday lives...just trying to work, raise their families, be involved locally. But the parallels with Germany in the 1920-30's to our country now are so stark, so obvious that everyone of us should be scared to death. The notion that "I'll just keep my head down until this blows over" is ludicrous. This is not going to blow over. Everyday t makes things worse. The idea of his meeting with Putin (particularly understanding t's mental health) leads one to ponder what t will give away. After all he already thinks Alaska belongs to the Russians. Didn't he say he was going to Russia to meet with Putin? And then there is ts blackmailing everyone he can think of...universities, law firms, corporations, people he doesn't like or he perceives have dissed him....make not mistake. (While maybe not as important, look what he's doing to the White House.) However he presents it, it is blackmail. I've watched the man for over 50 years, and am gob-smacked that he keeps getting away with "it." I know there many like the Lincoln Project that are trying to make the country aware of the danger in which we are living. I wish there were more.

When I was in High School (1963-66) in a Central WA farm town that is to this day red as hell, I supposedly was on the college prep track. That meant that instead of Civics, I was assigned World Problems." It was implied that Civics was a class for the dull norms who would not be going on to higher education. Are you shaking your head yet?

The world problem in 1965 was .... yeah, 'nam. So we talked about 'nam day in, day out, debating the questions, having our brains tattooed with the mantra that WE, the USA, were in Vietnam to "contain Communism." That we were in a proxy war with Russia and China.

When it finally dawned on me that everyone who died in that "conflict" was considered collateral damage, it made me even sadder and angrier and more depressed over the death that happened as a result of President Eisenhower, in 1954, providing "advice" to South Vietnam. All for the alleged containment of Communism.

On this coming Friday, if there is no TACO, the State of Alaska will allow Putin to stain our country with his shadow. Again, I could write a book about this that millions of my fellows also could write.

The upshot, due to finances, was that, no, I did not go past one year of what then was called junior college. I went to full-time work from the age of 19 to 66.

Now 77, thanks to you, Bobby, I finally am getting that class in Civics that I truly needed more than obsessing over 'nam as a teenager in high school. That class caused my life-long feeling of helplessness regarding the decisions made by people I did not vote for.

Also, I did not get to vote until I was 21, another way the 60s sucked.

Thank you for bringing attention & clarity to many of these issues. To force out veterans and give them no option for early retirement is unconscionable and disgusting. I was not aware that this was happening, but will certainly do everything I can to raise awareness about it.

Mr. Jones--Thank you so much for this cogent and comprehensive analysis--my dad's work was with the US government, and I grew up in part overseas--it is both deeply painful and infuriating to see Trump and Co. just laying waste to so much effort by so many people over the years who were--yes, not perfect--but nonetheless were trying to build important alliances, and to do good in the world. Thank you also for all you have done, and continue to do, for our country.

Thank you for the historical review of the constitution. I learned a number of things about how the constitution can be interpreted. trump doesn't give a damn about it, GOP congress doesn't give a damn about it, and scotus conservatives say Biden can't forgive student loan forgiveness but trump can get away with trying to overthrow an election and is given unlimited power.

Sadly, with schools no longer having civics and other real world subjects, most Americans can't tell you who their representative is, and most don't know the names of their senators. AI: A 2013 Gallup poll found that 35% of Americans know the name of their U.S. Representative.' I don't think America has become smarter over the past decade plus.

The dumbing of America gets us trump. Playing on the fears and Ignorance of many Americans is what gives trump his strength. Keep up the good fight, Bobby!

Cheeto and Pedophile Theatrics Turn Into A Horror Film

The J6 attackers(all pardoned) on the US capital wasn’t enough to get Cheeto to send in the National Guard But now Cheeto’s experimental deployment of the National Guard onto DC streets is a tactic to take away attention from the Maxwell scandal, falsely claiming that manufactured DC crime and homelessness requires the National Guard be federalized along with 100 FBI agents Of course future cities selected will all be Blue American cities Strangely enough no cities in Texas Georgia Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee

Cheeto sent Maxwell “well wishes” and now with a federal judge rejecting release….yet another diversionary tactic…of the grand jury Maxell transcripts The Epstein files will be released and WE the People will find out what Cheeto is hiding Pardons anyone?

Meanwhile “tough on crime” Cheeto hates on America with the pretext of out of control crime while he pardons previously convicted murderers on the streets of Florida and Texas(https://bit.ly/4oLKQy6) mRNA vaccine research contracts are cancelled, and wait for it, the future cancellation of women’s reproductive rights

How bad can this get? Unfortunately it will get worse Protest Protest Protest and form coalitions with neighbors friends relatives family Join Indivisible.org and make your voice heard in order to organize the resistance movement Aug13 join One Million Rising put together by Indivisible to help organize the movement Once coalitions are formed then WE the People can begin to boycott companies and governments across the country to demand that oligarchs/authoritarians do not run this country

What say, Trump, you resign and take your Fox buddies with you. Then we will stop demanding the Epstein files.

You can trust us - we never lie. We have honor and self respect, so you can rest assured that all you have to do is ... just .... resign ... and it all will be over. It will just fade away, like Roger Ailes.

Do it. DO IT. ‼️[don't pay any attention those crossed fingers behind our backs]
