Pro Trump actual news would be senior citizen overcomes tangential speech, memory problems, white power wisdom, and physical ailments to lead an active life of golf trips, ground breaking business deals with exciting foreigners, changing how business in government is done by force of personality, helping businesses thrive by giving public money to rich friends, letting poor people develop a spine by keeping them hungry, unhealthy, uneducated, letting veterans make more sacrifices for their country by keeping them strong hungry, unhealthy and homeless, letting other old people be happy that they can get out of the nursing home and live in the open air of nature,and letting businesses do want they want to make a profit.
I can’t help but wonder if part of Trump’s ire resulted from the fact that Harris is brilliant and articulate and he speaks in what could be described as “word salad.” Then again, be believes he is brilliant (Dunning-Kruger effect), so it is more likely that this is part of his scheme to eliminate any media source that is not unfailingly loyal to him. I’m grateful for independent media.
ABC, CBS and NBC, their subsidiaries/owner franchises and sycophantic on air personalities - all greedy cowards and oligarchs. The only good thing about this behavior is the anxiety driven starvation diets they are on. I guess you don’t have to have SNAP benefits removed in order to starve to death in this derelict regime.
No responsible news organization needs to explain what editing is and how and why it's used. Every single Trump interview, regardless of the outlet, has been edited in the same way. Trump was just angry because VP Harris did such a great job in her 60 Minutes interview, while he was too yellow to show up for his. He was mad that she showed, again, how much more competent she was to handle the job of president than Donald Trump will ever be. How in the hell did that amount to 'election interference'?
CBS, like ABC, the Washington Post, sold its credibility for access. Is it any wonder people have been tuning out 'legacy media' in droves? Another shameful example of a once-respected news organization selling its integrity and its reputation.
Finally! Thank you, Jennifer, for including Fox in your coverage. I am shocked at how many stories about Trump’s attacks on the media for editing, omit mentioning Fox. He will not stop until all “news” is pro-Trump.
The attacks on information from journalism to education and everything in between is an effort, in my humble opinion, to "dumb-down-the-USA". Such a sorry position we are in at this time, but I have hope. We can read, think, write, converse and speak out. Thanks Jennifer for you insights.
