Something deeply unsettling is shifting within the Department of Homeland Security, and it demands our immediate, clear-eyed attention. This isn’t just another political skirmish; it is a systematic attempt to dismantle the right to dissent because, for the first time, the regime is losing the narrative.

DHS is panicked. Organizations like Lincoln Square and fellow pro-democracy allies are finally breaking the MAGA stronghold on the digital battlefield. By using both paid ads and highly effective organic campaigns to pull back the curtain on the atrocities committed by ICE, we have shifted public opinion so significantly that their “winning” immigration policy is now a liability.

The fear in the corridors of power is palpable: DHS leadership and ICE agents are beginning to realize that if they lose their grip on Congress, they may finally face criminal accountability for their actions.

In an act of desperation, they are now trying to unmask the opposition—you, us, and everyone who dare criticize DHS, Kristi Noem, or the actions of ICE Agents.

Recent reports from mid-February 2026 confirm a massive escalation in state surveillance. Under Secretary Kristi Noem, the DHS has bypassed the judicial system entirely, issuing hundreds of administrative subpoenas to Meta, Google, Reddit, and Discord.

Make no mistake: these are not standard warrants reviewed by a neutral judge. These are internal, unchecked demands designed to “dox” private citizens. Their target? Anyone who has dared to use social media to criticize ICE or document the movement of federal agents in their own neighborhoods. They aren’t just hunting for “leaks”—they want to target all of us who stand opposed to them.

Come at us, bro. Lincoln Square will NOT be silenced.

Here’s the latest on the digital front:

• Forced Compliance: While some platforms have pushed back, Google has already begun handing over names, IP addresses, and phone numbers. In one instance, a retiree had federal agents appear at his door just hours after he sent an email criticizing an agency policy.

• The “Promotion” of Extremism: While the government hunts down its critics, it is rewarding its own extremists. Peyton Rollins, the staffer recently removed from the Department of Labor for promoting white-nationalist imagery and fascist-themed posts, hasn’t been fired—he’s been moved to the DHS to lead their social media strategy now. We’ll be working harder to expose and counter these tactics by DHS to desensitize and radicalize Americans into either turning away or supporting their reign of terror on communities.

  

• The Protection of the “Epstein Class”: We are witnessing a regime that uses the full force of the law to target Americans for criticizing their own government while simultaneously refusing to release records that would hold the “Epstein Class” of predators accountable. This is Trump’s America: “no free speech for thee, while we let pedophiles off scot-free.”

A Necessary Question: What Comes Next?

As the digital net tightens, the physical infrastructure is being built. The administration recently unveiled a $38.3 billion plan to convert massive industrial warehouses into “mega-centers” capable of holding up to 10,000 people each.

They claim these facilities are for immigration enforcement. But we must ask the question that the subpoenas make inevitable: If they are already spending millions to identify their critics online, is this vast new “camp” system being built to house their critics as well?

While some may call this alarmist, it is a necessary conversation. This administration has already crossed lines previously thought unthinkable in the United States. Although citizens have successfully organized to block the conversion of large-scale detention centers in their own backyards, Lincoln Square will soon create guides and toolkits for Americans to use to stop the conversion of empty warehouses into detention centers.

Our Response:

We are not going to be intimidated into silence. Lincoln Square is shifting from defense to a strategic offense. As you may have read, Lincoln Square has launched a six-month, paid social media strategy that will bypass the “MAGA” media filter and take the truth directly to the public across social media. We’re raising $500,000 now through April 1st for a targeted offensive digital attack through the midterms, and wrestle back the battle for public opinion.

We aren’t going to cower and fear being exposed to DHS for criticizing the actions of this regime. We’re turning it up—-immediately. This is what we’re doing:

• Targeted Truth-Graphics: Exposing the administrative subpoena blitz and the identities of those behind it.

• Rapid-Response Video: Countering disinformation in real-time, focusing on the “Epstein Administration’s” efforts to shield the powerful while targeting the protestors.

• Midterm Offensive: Ensuring that before every vote is cast, every American knows exactly what this regime intends for the First Amendment.

• We’re going to get LOUDER- We are going to amplify our exposure of ICE’s tactics, the criminal and unconstitutional atrocities committed by Kristi Noem, her side piece Corey Lewandowski, Tom Homan and all of the other racist thugs at DHS that our terrorizing our communities and dismantling our rights.

They don’t scare us.

This is a pivotal moment. We can either watch our rights be subpoenaed away, or we can turn up the volume. The future of America is worth the fight, and Lincoln Square is not, nor will we ever back down.
