I'm having doubts about what the big picture is here. Follow along, please:
1. "War Crimes" sounds all big and scary, but the phrase has no legal meaning outside of a war.
1.1 The US is not a signatory to the ICC, the body that would prosecute war crimes if the accused's country does not bring charges and prosecute.
2. "Murder" is not so limited and can be applied in various levels and degrees.
3. Plenty of the GOP congresspersons, who are talking 'War Crimes' re: Hegseth killing them all, know all the above.
This adds up to the following in my mind: GOP politicians are searching for ways to weaken Trump's regime and get off the sinking ship. This is unconnected to, but in the same direction as, MTG's resignation and the random voices that started popping up with the idea that they may follow her.
Like Trump, the regime is weakening day by day. I'll be watching for more rats down the mooring ropes.

Instead of standing with the people of Ukraine, Trump, Witkoff, Rubio and Kushner (who shouldn’t be there) are out there making business deals with Russia and encouraging US corporations to do the same. They bring shame to America and the only bigger shame is all of the Americans who don’t care.

Bravo for this report which slices to the diseased heart of tRump's so-called foreign policy, which is no more than a grift on an international scale. We must keep our eyes always trained on how this hellish war started: Ukrainians rejected Putin's invitation to join his "Eurasian Union" of a few former Soviet republics. They chose the option that would give them access to a huge economic bloc, the EU, which offered employment opportunities and a better standard of living. Putin, infuriated, started a covert war in eastern Ukraine and annexed Crimea. When that didn't get capitulation, he invaded with massive force -- and has still not won. By sheer guts, ingenuity and determination they've made Putin fight for every inch of territory. Putin's poodle, tRump must not be allowed to throw Ukraine to the Russian wolves.
What would happen if there are survivors of the Caribbean missile bombings? What would happen if there are testimonies from survivors about the people in these boats? What would happen if survivors could report about the purpose of these boats on the water?
No one knows the answers to these probing questions But Hegseth doesn’t want those answers apparently Maybe chronic alcoholic Hegseth wants to remain clueless about these boats and their occupants that are being blown up because he doesn't want Congress or the American people to know that people are being murdered by the US military and the Dept of Defense
These murders of survivors are “war crimes” and the International Court of Justice which has indicted Israel’s Netanyahu for his genocidal actions in Gaza and have openly opined that there are serious concerns about these US military actions amounting to murder
