I said on a different Substack that DJT has no elections to run, but that is not what he wants. His screeds are directed to his most ardent and violent supporters to go out and murder those who he cannot control. Michael Cohen told us how this would work. Believe him.

Trump is a sick, rabid dog who knows all of his filth is going to be exposed to the world. He’s decaying inside and out, MAGA is a dead brand, and he has no way to stop any of it. The MAGAts in the government should understand that he won’t win them their elections, he won’t raise them big money, and he’s going to destroy them permanently if they don’t cut him loose. It’s 25th amendment time for the rotting man.

"Several constitutional law experts said it is unusual for a sitting president to call for the arrest or possible execution of members of Congress."

Is it usual for past presidents to do so? Has any president, sitting or past, ever done so?

This is so dangerous on so many levels, but I'm furious over the position tRump and Hegseth are putting service members in. They're forcing service members to decide whether they're receiving a "lawful order," or not, which is a terrible position for any service member to be in. We're not at war with the countries these murdered people are from. tRump has set himself up as judge, jury, and executioner, unilaterally deciding who lives and dies. That sure sounds like a king, or a dictator, to me. When I think back to my time on active duty, I'm not sure I would have been mature enough to decide whether this situation makes killing people justified. They're claiming that they're drug smugglers, but we've seen no evidence. No single individual should have unilateral authority to decide who lives and dies! Recall that Miller once said, "President tRump's authority will not be challenged." Is he from this country? If so, where has he been? Of course we challenge authority. We always have!

It is up to ALL service members, including the top brass, to refuse to yield to this maniac's mad schemes. I don't know if the initiating of armed confrontations against non-hostile nations is included in the heinous Project 2025, but if it is, the authors are the ones guilty of sedition, undermining the security of our nation, and placing the lives of millions of service personnel and innocent civilians at risk. Donald Trump has ordered murders before and obviously mass murder is still on the table. It is time to stop this obviously off-base menace in his tracks through all legal means possible.

Given the wide recognition that the bombing of fishing boats is a war crime, at what point should it become the Constitutional duty of the top military command to declare a "fruit of the poisoned tree" stance towards accepting any further orders from a person currently engaged in using our military personnel for criminal acts?

I'm not saying they should; just asking the question to those versed in Constitutional and military law.

I've heard that the JAG offices have been consulted at multiple levels, but as you may recall, tRump fired most of the highest ranking JAG officers, clearly hoping to replace them with lawyers who would do his bidding. I don't know the answer to your question, however, as I was just a grunt in the infantry. It sure feels like a crime, and that was my point...service members should not be put in the position of having to question the lawfulness of orders that fall such a grey area.

Do we need further proof that we're now in 25th Amendment territory? Trump clearly is in need of medical/psychological intervention and must go. The sooner he goes, the better off our country will be.

King wannabe Trump has gone completely insane. He is the biggest traitor to the Constitution and the American people. He should be arrested and charged with treason… and would be if it weren’t for a corrupt Congress.

Stephen Miller equates this video to inciting insurrection. What a crock. Donald Trump has been waiting for more than a decade to be able to execute a person, not just an order signed with a Sharpie. He bragged about shooting someone in the middle of Park Avenue then but has been gunning to execute his detractors ever since whether prosecutorially, in riddled form when threatening Liz Cheney with an execution squad, or now literally with arrest and execution for treason for upholding the Constitution rather than the law of Trump. HOLY SHIT!!!

He’s gone completely mad. He is unfit to serve. He was before, but this takes it to a new level of insane & violent behavior. If only we had true patriots left in the GOP -currently in office -who would rise up in unity in the name of freedom & democracy. But, suckling at the twin teets of greed & power have them drunk beyond measure.

Dean Blundell first brought this to my attention with https://deanblundell.substack.com/p/breaking-trump-is-now-threatening which includes the video that concludes with Don't Give Up the Ship. I also like Dr John Petrone's https://www.wethepeopleunited.news/p/the-oath-and-the-coward. I have never been fond of Cadet Bone Spurs. I actually had surgery to repair a congenital defect so that I could pass the physical to enter AFROTC.

T*p is a clear and present danger to the United States. He is openly calling for the prosecution and execution of members of the opposition party for merely stating the legal responsibility of the armed and security services to oppose illegal orders. Only dictators do this.

We will soon be at a point of no return. I don’t know what the other side of this will look like, but it won’t be pretty.

Who are these “constitutional law experts” who said “it is unusual for a sitting president to call for the arrest or possible execution of members of Congress”? Unusual? Talk about sanewashing!

It is incendiary and demented. Probably unprecedented since the time of the Civil War.
