Elections are pendulum things. When people get angry at one party the pendulum swings the other way. I can't say it will be definitive, however, if the dems can get the vote out just like the people with the NO KINGS there's a good chance things will change and the man at the top just might end of being a lame duck through the rest of his stay in the White House.

What's missed here, of course, is that the simple linearity of "bad-for-GOP is good-for-DNC" is being assumed. It's not true. The Dems have big, massive, no-good fault lines of their own. The most rising of stars in the coalition of Not-Trumpist-Fascists have hoisted the black flag and sailed off in search of their own booty. Talarico, Newsom, Murphy, Pritzker. All have, in their own ways, told the Central Commissariat to kindly fuck itself all to hell. Likewise the attitude of the apostate RINOs who have floated the Lincoln Project and Bulwark behemoths (we are legion). The rank and file are mad enough at their milquetoast non-responses and enthusiastic self-reflection-avoidance, so as to spit molten lead.
The Dems won't win 258 seats. The GOP will lose them. The DNC will be torn apart, just the same, by the same forces brought to bear in 2026. Winter is coming, and David Hogg is the Night King.
