Meh, not so much now. They can put up signs that the shutdown, and every other damn thing, is 'on the Dems'. But it's just not sticking. Rather than 'sending strongly-worded letters', we (all of the Resistance) is screaming FUCK YOU and pushing back. Citizens, dull-witted as they are, have started noticing. They're also noticing how little it takes to make the GOP Overlords cower. Are we using everything we have? No, not yet. But the erstwhile Masters Of The Universe are now holed up on military bases because we're all so scary. Wooooah!
As far as I’m concerned, almost all politicians are criminals. The tech broligarchs are all building bunkers. I’ve kind of given up worrying about a nuclear holocaust since I worried about it throughout my childhood but if I were younger and had a family I might start digging my fallout shelter now.
