Well folks, as Rick Wilson, Joe Trippi, and Stuart Stevens went live on the latest edition of The Strategy Session, Donald Trump hadn’t shown any signs of letting up on his threats of attacking Iran beginning at 8 p.m. ET this evening.
However, there are reports that Pakistan might be offering a lifeline, calling for a two-week ceasefire. So, will Trump accept Pakistan’s offer? It would certainly let him off the TACO hook, Joe noted. And shortly after the show ended, Trump posted on social media that he would take that off-ramp, providing the Iranians reopened the Strait of Hormuz.
Yet according to Rick’s military sources, there’s a lot of moving parts that are in motion. Let’s hope they can pull the plug in time.
