Joe, finding out who screwed up what in the last election is the starting point to knowing how to do better in the future. All this "let's not talk about it and let the healing begin" horseshit is exactly what led to the loss, or any loss. The DNC reeks of groupthink and we do the country no good by willfully ignoring what went wrong.

That said, all the performative self-flagellation that Dems are so famous for is a waste of time, and is actually done to avoid the hard work of changing. I've got no interest in beating up on Joe. The man's had a rough row, it just got rougher, I wish him well. But the cascade failure of fuck-ups that lead to everybody going full lemming has to stop. There are organizational practices used by hospitals and airlines to ensure that junior voices will not be drowned out by the egos of those 'in charge'. Let's go get some of that.

See, Joe and Jill were 'in charge', until they weren't.

I’ve always liked two candidates since 2019 and they were Pete and Kamala. She was put on a back burner and not allowed to show any initial ability to lead and I thought she ran a really good campaign in just over 100 days. Pete is very smart, and he’s young and a moderate progressive which is needed.

Stop taking the bait and talking about Biden. He is/was old. He did a great job. Move on

“A bully for the billionaires”! Folks, this is the story. Joe Biden is old and old news. And Democrats are exceptionally good at getting obsessed over spilled milk and yelling at each other instead of fighting the bullies. Focus, people! Focus!

I agree that this is an all-American moment. We need to bring everyone capable of rational thought to the table. I'm focusing on nonviolent resistance because there is no way to compete with the guns and money on the MAGA right. Nonviolent resistance is teaching me better communication skills to go beyond reacting in the moment or retreating into a corner and withdrawing. We must get over the polarization, and that is extremely difficult when you have a rightwing echo chamber as big as FOX News. I appreciate what you are doing here. t It's helpful. Thanks.

I have some philosophical differences with some of these answers but thanks for the input and podcast today. I do believe it is going to take a big formation of American people together to expel the autocracy and corruption of taRump and family
