Stephanopoulus asked the wrong question, and opened the gates for vance to set the stage. Instead of , "Do you think Pritzker has committed a crime?" he should have asked."WHAT crime is Pritzker guilty of?" Democrats just have no idea how to interrogate. And they NEED to. Being a marshmallow with teeny weenie soft questions makes the sophisticated gop officials laugh with glee at the openings they are afforded.

We should note that everything JD Vance [not his real name] said about JB Pritzker, EVEN IF TRUE, would subject Pritzker to action within his own state, recall for example, NOT criminal charges. Disagreeing with this administration is not a crime. Speaking your mind about this administration's actions is protected First Amendment speech.

The reason Stephanopoulus got so much attention for cutting off the interview with Vance is because upholding journalistic standards has been such a rarity among the MSM in the Trump 2.0 era. That's why it was remarkable and newsworthy. Now, let's see if other Sunday chat show hosts follow suit. That's when we'll know if this was just a one-off or the start of a trend. After the Pentagon press corps' united stand against Hegseth this week, let's hope we're seeing the MSM remember they're journalists, not stenographers.
