There is NO law on the books currently in Texas regarding every college campus to have a statue of Charlie Kirk. There is one Republican representative who wants to bring up a bill in the next legislative session to get that law on the books. Please report facts!

Are you sure that the law requiring a Charlie Kirk statue on every Texas college campus has passed? My understanding is that a bill will be proposed but that it is not a law at this point.
