BREAKING: Trump Cites The Lincoln Project in $10 Billion Suit against Murdoch over Epstein Story
Trump is suing the Wall Street Journal over its story on a 'bawdy' letter he sent Jeffrey Epstein for his 50th birthday.
Donald Trump still won’t release the Epstein files — and he’s definitely not mad that we’re all still talking about that.
And because he’s so chill, he’s now suing the Granddaddy of right-wing media, Rupert Murdoch, for a June 17 Wall Street Journal story called, “Jeffrey Epstein’s Friends Sent Him Bawdy Letters for a 50th Birthday Album. One Was From Donald Trump.” Trump denies writing the letter and wants a cool $10 billion for his defamation lawsuit.
And also, he’s not mad.
Speaking of our compatriots over at The Lincoln Project, they got a shoutout in Trump’s suit as a “known anti-Trump organization” that posted the WSJ story to its 2.8 million followers. (And now Lincoln Square is sharing it with our 500,000 closest friends here, too).
We’re not exactly sure why The Lincoln Project is living rent-free in Trump’s head. Maybe it was this ad:
Or maybe, it was this one:
Anyway, by next week, Trump will probably deny even knowing who Jeffrey Epstein is.
HELL YEAH!!! Good job Lincoln Square 🙌🙌🙌🤩
