The abuse of power began with the John Roberts six and his immunity ruling because it was an abuse of power. Federalist 69, paragraph 4, proves it was intentionally omitted. Adding it therefore is an amendment, which is far beyond the court's authority. That lack of immunity was the check on abuse of the pardon. Immunity gave Trump the license to kill by proxy. Impeach Roberts. Never mind that Republicans will protect him. The trial will expose him and the white sheet under that black robe. Impeach Miller and Bondi with Trump en mass.
