We cover a lot of tough stories at Lincoln Square. Such is life under Trump 2.0. That’s our job.
So for the past year, we’ve chronicled the administration’s coverup of the Epstein scandal and their reckless disregard for survivors and their families — with the help of journalists like Julie K. Brown and Vicky Ward; attorneys like Gloria Allred and Spencer Kuvin; and survivors like Jess Michaels.

Breaking Silence: Inside the Epstein Files
·This may be the first time anyone reading this has ever felt something like agreement with Marjorie Taylor Greene. But today, at the gut-wrenching and powerful press conference for Epstein and Maxwell survivors, there she stood. And her words sounded, well, reasonable.

I think it's time to put an updated and more accurate name on this cesspool:
The Trump-Epstein Files (and/or Coverup)
or the more nuanced
Trump-and-Friends-Epstein-Files
Because, as DJT keeps saying, Epstein is dead; it's not he who is keeping this Thing hidden!
SCOTUS Reform: A Major Issue In 2026
SCOTUS has become the judicial arm of the MAGA/Christian Nationalist movement having been orchestrated by the mega-funded Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation Now with full control of the court, it’s now time to “make hay” on the investments the Right has made over the last 30 years The McConnell Senate excuse to delay and then accelerate SCOTUS nominees has led to the desired result of an imbalanced court of today
Elie Mystal, judicial correspondent for the Nation, has since 2020 argued for a congressionally dictated court expansion(https://bit.ly/4b9YwhM) Arguments that it would lead to continued court expansion is okay with him since it would over time dilute the power of the court hence making it more effective Court watcher extraordinaire Mark Joseph Stern has recognized this judicial disaster and suggested that a 4 part congressional plan(https://bit.ly/4soC0rY) would help in judicial reform
But one thing is now clear SCOTUS reform in some form should take place and that should be one of the primary issues that Democratic candidates should be confronted with going into the 2026 midterms
